Dr. Angell was very professional and of course, she indicated the enormous profit-margins the Pharma companies bring in each year. However, we must remember that her figures comprise “official” statistics.
Granted, I trust Dr. Angell’s veracity, but I believe that the REAL profit margin figures are VASTLY beyond what she has indicated. Without doubt, she would not be able to obtain the ACTUAL figures. Truth be known, the World-Wide Pharmaceutical industry is a Trillion dollar / Pound Sterling / Swiss Franc network.
