Theory Used to Force Vaccination of Children is Not Always True

There is increasing pressure to force vaccinations on children, and increasing marketing of vaccines for adults, including pneumonia and shingles. Children cannot attend daycare or school without proof of vaccinations. The theory behind these requirements is that if everyone is vaccinated, the probability of any individual contacting the disease is reduced. 41 students at Harvard University were infected with mumps, and all 41 students had been immunized for mumps. It is likely that all or nearly all of the students at Harvard had been given one or more MMR inoculations that should have prevented the mumps outbreak based upon the “herd immunity” theory.

Joseph Mercola, DO published an article on May 10, 2016 titled “Mumps Being Spread by and Among Vaccinated People.” This article discusses the effectiveness of mumps vaccine, and then extends to the effectiveness of vaccines in general. The Harvard mumps outbreak was blamed upon the close living conditions of the university campus. These conditions are where an effective vaccine is most needed. Dr. Amesh Adalja is an infectious disease specialist at the University of Pittsburgh Center for Health Safety. Dr. Adalja’s explanation of the Harvard mumps outbreak is more of a criticism of the mumps virus than an explanation. The mumps vaccine may not work where it is most needed.

Parents remain concerned about the side effects of the various immunizations, including sometimes fatal reactions and questions as to whether these immunizations are a cause in the exponential growth of autism spectrum disorders. The CDC denies that immunizations have caused the increase in autism, but has provided no explanation of why more and more children are autistic. The CDC provides detailed information for the MMR immunization and the potential side effects.

A compromise approach to childhood vaccinations is to give fewer vaccinations during a single visit to spread the vaccinations over a longer period of time. The body’s natural immune system is the most effective and long lasting provider of antibodies for specific diseases. There is a theory that multiple immunizations given together early in an infant’s life may overwhelm the baby’s immune system.

There is an extended discussion of herd immunity by Dr. Mercola and Barbara Loe Fisher. Fisher is a founder and president of the National Vaccine Information Center. The organization promotes informed consent for parents regarding vaccinations. This interview is focused on pertussis (whooping cough), but the major points are applicable to mumps and other childhood diseases.

The history of vaccines reflects the complexity of trying to keep the world safe from diseases. Smallpox and polio have largely been eradicated through the use of vaccines. Malaria remains as one of the largest causes of death, and drug companies have not developed a vaccine largely because malaria is prevalent in poor countries, i.e. it isn’t a profitable disease. Zika virus is now a focus as one of the causes of microcephaly, but only 1/3 of the sufferers of this brain deformity in Brazil have shown the presence of the Zika virus.

The choice of whether to vaccinate or not is being eliminated across the U.S. Like the war on terrorism, the attempt to eliminate all dangers to the population at large results in the loss of individual rights. If the herd immunity theory proves to be incorrect, the forced immunizations of children need to be reconsidered.

  1. Smallpox and polio have largely been eradicated through the use of vaccines.

Ah–NO! Rev. You need to dig a little deeper. Endemic Polio was suppose to be eradicated but it hasn’t and the sole cause of Polio was the polio Virus:
In 1976, Dr Jonas Salk, creator of the killed-virus vaccine used in the 1950’s, testified that the live-virus vaccine (used almost exclusively in the U.S. from the early 1960’s to 2000) was the “principal if not sole cause” of all reported polio cases in the U.S. since 1961 (Washington Post,September 24,1976). The virus remains in the throat for one to two weeks and in the feces for up to two months. Thus, vaccine recipients are at risk, and can potentially spread the disease, as long as fecal excretion of the virus continues ( American Academy of Pediatrics, Report of the Committee on Infectious Diseases:1986(Elk Grove Village, Illinois: AAP):284–5.

Polio is hidden under many new names. Polio is an Enterovirus. Sound familiar? Recently there was an outbreak of an illness called Enterovirus 68 or EV-68. If you read carefully the symptoms and compare them to Polio-they are basically the same. Now look up the symptoms of Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS), Acute Flaccid Paralysis(AFP),Viral or Aseptic Meningitis,CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME and a few other names. All clinically indistinguishable from Polio.

    Smallpox: Dr R Obomsawin
In turning to recognized textbooks on human virology and vertebrate viruses we find that attention has been given since 1970 to a disease called “monkeypox,” which is said to be “clinically indistinguishable from smallpox.” Cases of this disease have been found in Zaire, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Liberia, and Sierra Leone (by May 1983, 101 cases have been reported). It is observed that ” . . . the existence of a virus that can cause clinical smallpox is disturbing, and the situation is being closely monitored.

The CDC says the efficacy of the vaccinia smallpox vaccine has never been measured precisely in controlled trials.13 The CDC also admits that the level of antibody required for protection against smallpox infection is unknown [14] and the presence of antibodies in the blood does not guarantee immunity from disease.15 A 1999 article in the Journal of the American Medical Association stated that there is no proof that the smallpox vaccine actually prevents the disease.16 By the 1920s, British doctors noted that smallpox was more common among the vaccinated, and the death rate from smallpox was higher among those who had been vaccinated.17

  2. Why, pray tell, does the good Reverend think it’s called “herd immunity”?

Well, it’s because we are ‘the herd’ — as in cattle, or sheep. or swine.

That is how we are thought of by the eugenics supremacists who own and run things.

Most diseases were eradicated by indoor plumbing and good hygiene, not by having foreign slop injected directly past the two largest human immune system barriers –the skin and the gut.

  3. This author has serious misunderstanding of the real situation with vaccines. Polio and smallpox were not at all eradicated by vaccination. Read Dissolving Illusions by Dr. Suzanne Humphries and Roman Bystrianik and Vaccination is not Immunization by Dr. Tim Oshea. It is just very hard for most people to grasp that vaccination is 100% fraud. Even Barbara Loe Fisher often talks about risks and benefits. Maybe she has to talk this way for public acceptance but hopefully she knows better. There are no benefits. Vaccination is a weapon, pure and simple, in spite of well-meaning doctors who promote it with good intentions in their ignorance, after indoctrination in medical school. My interview with Dr. Rima Laibow at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3yfpEjuX-U&feature=em-upload_owner (Lost Arts Radio from 5/22/16) is instructive. The reverend who wrote the article above seems well-meaning but seriously uneducated in this subject.

  4. It is the people who get vaccinated that spread the diseases.
Menninghitis outbreaks always happen in schools right after vaccinations. Vaccines also, contain In-Activated viruses. Why would anyone want to put inactivated viruses which have the potential to Re-Activate into their body?

Having high titers of antibodies does not mean the person is immune against the pathogen those antibodies are attacking.
Having titers against antibodies only shows:
    A) if a person has antibiodies against a disease, they are infected and most common infection is from vaccinations.

    B) If a person has no antibiodies, they have not been infected or their immune system is too low to generate antibodies.

  5. The CDC was caught outright lying about its study, which did show a direct relationship between MMR and autism, yet they continue to deny it. One simply needs to google youtube and enter “vaccines” or “autism”. You can watch enough 90-minute videos to keep you busy for a month.

  6. The concept of herd immunity…the idea that a high percentage of the population needs to be vaccinated in order for the disease to be minimized is ridiculous. If the vaccines were effective, then whether or not someone else gets vaccinated should have no influence whatsoever on whether or not a vaccinated person gets an illness. This is like saying, “Eating a healthy diet can minimize your chances of getting sick, but only if a large percentage of the population eats a healthy diet also.”
